Hotel-Restaurant “Domenic” opened just less than a month ago but has already made a serious claim to provide a true feast for us. This place is guaranteed to become a favorite one for all meat specialty enthusiasts, as they use Josper technology, which combines a barbecue and charcoal oven in one unique appliance that makes the food a real delight for the senses. Cooking with Josper ovens always gives excellent results, perfect texture, and juiciness for all products, and can be used for any type of food.
This is something new for the district, and we strongly recommend ordering their ribs, which are juicy, tender, and literally melt in your mouth.
Naturally, summer also calls for fresh Mediterranean fish, which, when prepared this way, gains a much richer flavor and aroma.
The menu is short, but everything is prepared fresh and with an emphasis on quality ingredients. It is often complemented with seasonal offerings, so we are confident that everyone will find something for themselves. Currently, the restaurant operates in the evening hours, but starting in September, it is expected to open for lunch as well, offering various delicious and affordable temptations.
It is a small, family-run business with the concept of making every customer feel like the most valued guest and for guests to become friends who feel at home while being there.
