The Art of Dark Beer | Bar Fabric

The series of dark beers continues. The next two beauties are inspired by the English dark ales. The special English yeast from Windsor has contributed with sweet notes and aromas of dried fruit. One elixir highlights the typical roasted dark beer flavor, and in the other, a pleasant surprise can be found for lovers of chocolate and cocoa. Both less-popular American hops Galena and Warrior are responsible for the bitterness. Amounts are extremely limited - 10 liters of every type.

Opening: New Space at Cat & Mouse Coworking

Half a year after the opening of Cat and Mouse Coworking in the heart of Kapana district, the third room of the coworking space will open its doors.

The idea of creating this type of work environment wasn’t new to the creators as they have worked on the floors above Cat and Mouse for years. Half a year later, they decided to share this experience with us and so formed Cat and Mouse Coworking. So, as the time has come to create the next space of the coworking, they decided to return to the original idea, and so the third room is over the beer bar.

If you are a creative person, who requires a soothing atmosphere, without leaving behind the inspiration which the craft and art district grants us – this is your place. With Cat and Mouse Coworking you’ll be able to enjoy the pros and possibilities, provided from the close proximity of the bar and to simultaneously have access to solitude and a field, created specifically to endorse your personal concentration.

In times when DJs become overnight celebrities with a single track, it's refreshing to meet a guy, who has learned the craft the hard way.

You will know it's Valdy when you hear the flawless mix between soft, melodic and sexy house music and the certain groove that comes from the heart of those in the know.

Since 2007 Valdy has been represented by Elevate and played along with Boris Werner, Lauhaus and Julien Chaptal, as well as at the epic Sunday parties at Culture Beat Club and various gigs in Yalta Club. You might have caught him playing back to back with his partner in crime Liubo Ursiny – their epic long sets on Halloween, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve have become some sort of a legend. At present they share a residence and play back to back at the Day Off events in Yalta Club.
