Painting exhibition "Touching Nature"

Trakart Cultural Center and Istanbul International Traveling Creative Workshop invite you to the opening of the painting exhibition "Touching Nature".

The artist Jandan Ulug was born in 1964 in Adapazari.

Through the expressive means of painting, the artist reflects her love for the art and nature she has in her since childhood. In 1996 she began working as an art teacher at municipal education centers where she developed her amateur education to a professional level. Jandan Ulug has won first prizes from many international painting and watercolor competitions, participated in numerous joint exhibitions with other authors. She presented her first solo exhibition, "Daylight" in November 2014. The artist is a member of many world art organizations, actively participates in their management and in the organization of festivals and other initiatives. She organizes and exports workshops on painting.

Jandan Ulug created the Facebook group "International Workshop on Traveling Arts" - the group brings together artists who live in many different parts of Turkey, organizes artistic events and live seminars sponsored by institutions and patrons.

Ableton Live Workshop

During 5 weekends - in May, June, and July 2018 - Plovdiv will host 5 different workshops organized by Ars Electronica Linz and Plovdiv 2019 Foundation, as part of the FORUM 2019 education platform in the programme of Plovdiv European Capital of Culture 2019. In Plovdiv, the workshop series is realized in partnership with Austrian Embassy Sofia and Melformator. Working language is English.
