Lena Ka: techno-music performance
With the beginning of July Lena Ka from Vienna will heat up the atmosphere further on the stage of FLUCA with her audio-visual performance, which will become part of the silver container for an evening on the background of the tropical exhibition of Anton Stoianov - FORNOTECA (21.06-12.07). Lena Ka is famous with her DJ gigs in the Viennese clubs. She enrolls a Master of Fine Arts in Vienna on the topic of the correlations between the visual arts and electronic music. Lena skilfully combines her carrier of popular DJ with creating audio-visual installations.

Whim 'n Rhythm is Yale's oldest acapella ensemble. It was founded following the example of male acapella bands in the university whose vocal tradition has a 160-year history. The repertoire of the band is characterized by a variety of styles with a concentration mainly on jazz compositions and works, combined with spirituals, country and pop music, and others. The selection of only graduating students is a guarantee for the experience and vocal skills of all 13 vocalists.
