Street Masters 2019

This weekend Kapana will take on the spirit of hip-hop, break dance, beatbox, graffiti, and the best DJs. The most influential hip-hop DJ QBert is the special guest star of Street Masters 2019. In addition to DJ Qbert's participation, the festival's visitors will be able to see a lot of great performances. The variety of sounds, dances, graffiti and fun for children at the festival will be so great that it is not accidental that the festival's slogan this year is "Sounds of the Streets".

Two Hours Away - BeeBop Cafe

After many months of absence, the band which won the hearts of dozens, returns from their media hiatus stronger than ever!

With a refreshed catalog of deeply emotional, introspective songs that will surely move deeply even the biggest football fans among you, Two Hours Away will “blow up” Bee Bop Café with its instantly recognizable mix of teen rock sound and desperate attempts to conceal the teen rock sound.

A well-oiled groove machine, the artistic team in the face of Kristian Zhelev - drums; Simeon Garnev - bass; Konstantin Hristov - guitar and Alexander Danev - muscles, is not responsible for the mild to moderate bodily injuries in the area of the neck, back and knees caused by dance and fun.

On Saturday there will be delicious cocktails and fresh drinks amidst the funky, disco, swing hip-hop rhythms selected by Ya Boogie aka Burateen aka Yavkata. We start at sunset.

Floating pictures in the water

‘FLOATING PICTURES IN THE WATER – Provoke the Imagination’ is a crosspoint of contemporality and tradition. The project recreates, as an innovative dance show, emblematic works by the Bulgarian artist Vladimir ‘Maistora’ Dimitrov. They all come alive in an art installation on the water surface.

On the backdrop of authentic Bulgarian music, pictures by Maistora will be beamed on a huge water screen by means of contemporary technology (lasers and LED video walls). On the shore, dance theatre will be reenacting elements of the traditional Bulgarian household life and culture (presenting, for example, rituals such as kneading of the bread of the Virgin). The director of the project is Lozen Yordanov.

Swingin' Thursdays in June

Thursdays don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing!

Gingertale is the place where local swing mafiosos go. Every Thursday evening Kapana pulses under their dances and even the pavers move under the sound of jazz.

A mysterious mixed drink can be found at the bar, which can inspire every passer-by to try another drink and why not dance!
