Even if only a fraction of this is true, it makes the meal a must-eat, and today we can please all connoisseurs with a piece of news that many have been waiting for.
In one of the Facebook groups dedicated to Kuchuk Paris, the fans of tripe soup in Plovdiv report that the legendary soup from the Hristiana diner next to the Spartak Stadium has returned to the Karavanata beer house on Gorno Brodi Street.
For a long time, the cult dish was synonymous with the perfect tripe and there were always foodies who ate it at any time of the day. Unfortunately, a few years ago the pavilions around the stadium were removed and then the tracks were lost. There was a rumor that they moved somewhere around Treti Mart Street, but that was short-lived too...Until this month, when we found out that the chef from the Hristiana is now at Karavanata beer house. It is located between Vasil Ihchiev Street and Skopje Street, almost opposite the former Iceberg restaurant. It works all year round.
