The restaurant project is entirely the work of the owner, achieved through personal effort, with which he warmly opens his heart to us and welcomes us as his closest guests. The open kitchen further contributes to the feeling that here you can truly trust the taste and craftsmanship of the staff.

The owner’s idea is for the menu to represent a short journey through some of the most beloved flavors, and in a relaxed and unique way it combines both the cuisines most favored by Bulgarians – Italian and Greek – as well as traditionally cherished local dishes such as the undisputed favorite: tender pork ribs. All the chefs have experience with authentic recipes from Italy and Greece, which undoubtedly guarantees that everything prepared here is the real thing!
The pizza dough is made with sourdough and left to rise between 16 and 18 hours. It is extremely thin and topped with a fragrant tomato sauce that turns out to be the perfect base for any combination you choose from the menu. The products are imported from Italy and are truly abundant!

The most ordered pizza is the Capricciosa, but we recommend you try the one with black truffle paste, while for meat lovers the must-try is the Cinque Salami – featuring 5 authentic Italian cured meats. Of course, vegetarians will not be disappointed either – Vegetariana is the best choice for them!
Most ingredients come from special farms and suppliers, and the octopus arrives directly from Greece to ensure everything is as fresh and authentic as possible in both taste and feel.

The freshly made pasta is another temptation that takes us straight to Italy without the need for complicated travel. The Carbonara is prepared following the traditional Italian recipe with egg yolk, pancetta, and Grana Padano, while for those who crave the sea – the Frutti di Mare pasta is a must!

As for the arancini, we guarantee you won’t be able to tell them apart from the ones you’d taste in their homeland – Sicily. They literally melt in your mouth!
Desserts are also prepared on-site, and you simply can’t miss the Panjiallo, often called “the dessert of the rich”. The pastry chef makes it with Italian mascarpone, sliced almonds, cocoa, and fresh fruit, turning it into the perfect finishing touch to any meal.

The story behind their tiramisu is particularly fascinating. The owner spent a considerable amount of time traveling across Italy in search of inspiration for this classic sweet temptation. He discovered the right recipe for himself from an elderly lady in Bologna, who served it in a jar and shared with him her “secret ingredients”.If you are a fan, try it – you won’t be disappointed!
