Bozhole has been around for more than 10 years, and it's unlikely that someone who isn't from the Kuchuk Paris district would stumble upon it by accident. It’s located in close proximity to the NRA building in Plovdiv and not far from the Southern Industrial Zone, that is, rather at the end of the area.
It is most often filled at lunchtime, when a number of workers around and beyond use their lunch break to visit it and have something of the delicious food that the staff prepares on site every day.
There is dedicated parking out front, so we know some even travel from across town to satisfy their mid-workday hunger pangs. The atmosphere is quite unpretentious and even a little ascetic; it is organized for self-service, but this doesn’t prevent people who’ve been here once from coming back for more.
The reviews are for excellently prepared dishes, and we even understand that their tripe soup ranks among the best under the hills. The soups can be small or large, and many recommend if you are there to try the pacha. There is always a choice of at least a few cooked dishes and a grill.
The prices aren't the lowest in the neighborhood, but everyone agrees they're worth every penny, and Bozhole is not a place to miss if you're passing through or work/live in the South region.
And the biggest surprise for our team was that the establishment has several works by the great Plovdiv artist Kolyo Karamfilov, which will also feed your soul with real art.
