Traditionally, most restaurants in Plovdiv have already started publishing their offers for the last night of the year on social media

As December approaches, the question that comes up for most of us is: "Where will you be on New Year's Eve?" As always, the sea of offers is endless and the price range is vast, especially for those who started looking at the last minute.

The options are always several – at home, outside the city at a hotel or a villa/guest house, in the city at a restaurant/bar, visiting with friends or on a trip abroad. For another year, the prices in Velingrad are approaching those in Dubai, so we won’t delve into their offers.

But if you’ve still forgotten to plan the night and want to spend the New Year in a luxurious setting and with a real gourmet menu in the city under the hills - now is the time to book your place.

Traditionally, most restaurants in Plovdiv have already started publishing their offers for the last night of the year on social media. A large part of them are the well-known menus with a starter, main dish, dessert and platter with appetizers and entrees, but there is also a rather interesting offer.

It promises us a real masquerade party to infuse us with new, fresh and hidden promises of unexpected beginnings, while exhaling the old and heavy energy of the past.

Valere Restaurant is a true gem of the Plovdiv culinary scene. Behind it stand the owners of Visualiza, the elegant hotel at the foot of Sahat Tepe, as well as Melissa and Todor, who are well-known on the Plovdiv culinary scene as they created a real gourmet boom with Tams House in Kapana 4 years ago. For more than a year now, they have been constantly taking the cuisine in the city under the hills to a new, higher level. The dishes are multi-component and each ingredient has a certain order of placement not only during the preparation, but also during the decoration and serving of the finished plate. And for the New Year, we expect they’ll outdo themselves once again.

The offer includes:

  • Reception with a welcome drink station
  • 5-course signature menu with main course options
  • Seafood mixed platter with different specialties
  • Different plates with appetizers, snacks and fruits
  • Traditional New Year's banitsa
  • Selection of soft drinks, wines and liqueurs
  • Unique themed masks
  • New Year's champagne
  • Fireworks show
  • Rich program including live music, DJ, dancing, entertainment and many more surprises

The dress code is formal, and there is a special children's menu for children up to 12 years old. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.

You can even combine all this with a night at the hotel and pamper yourself with all kinds of amenities such as: sauna, steam bath, gym or with extended hours for breakfast at the buffet table and options for brunch a la carte.
