An ice adventure in the heart of the city with shows, a carousel and lots of emotions for young and old

The unique ice rink, which won the hearts of the city's residents and guests last year, is here again and promises even more emotions, ice adventures and memories that will be told all year long. This winter the space is bigger, more magnificent and with new visual surprises, an ice show and special raffles with prizes.

Plovdiv once again shows that it can compete with major European capitals such as Vienna, Brussels, Paris, Prague and London, offering a high-class winter attraction. Located on Central Square, Ice Park spreads over 5,350 sq. m, of which 3,000 sq. m is an ice field, including a main rink and ice alleys, where beginners and advanced skaters can safely coexist at the same rhythm.

Opening hours are from 11:00 to 22:00, divided into 2-hour sessions, and the prices remain completely affordable: 22 BGN entrance and 6 BGN skate rental. For the most enthusiastic, there are packages for 5 or 12 visits, as well as the option of an instructor. Assistive devices for the youngest are priced at 16 BGN. The online ticket platform is expected to be operational very soon, which will certainly reduce waiting times. Card payments are also accepted on site.
The best times to visit are before 15:00 on weekdays and after 20:00 on weekends, when the ice is calmer. The rink is expected to be in the city until January 15.

And if you have little adventurers who are not yet ready to step on the ice, there is a wonderful surprise: the new carousel in the shape of a Christmas tree at the beginning of the bazaar next to the Central Post Office. Children under 2 years old ride for free, children from 2 to 5 years old – for 5 lv, and for everyone else the ticket is 10 lv, with no age limit.

For guests of the city who will arrive by car, the nearest paid parking is in front of the Trimontium Hotel, as well as on Ivan Vazov Street, in front of the Bulbank building. All other streets around fall within the perimeter of the Blue Zone and are charged until 18:30 on weekdays and on Saturdays. Only on Sundays is parking free if there is a free space.
