TERES is not just a sports club, but also a community where children grow with sports and adults find new energy and balance

For 10 years now, TERES Gym & Fight Club has been among the most active sports centers under the hills. The club is a licensed and full member of the Bulgarian Kickboxing and Muay Thai Confederation, and over the years it has become a home for thousands of young and old athletes. Dozens of national champions, medalists from world and European championships have started their journey here.

But the greatest strength of the club is the children - every day a hundred children train in the hall, and for them TERES offers a rich program with several main accents:

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Among the most popular activities is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. TERES is one of the few places in the City under the Hills where children have the opportunity to start their training from the age of 4. In the hall, children learn to fight on the ground - grappling training without strikes, thus developing not only physical endurance and flexibility, but also mental resilience. Here, sport is more than technique – it is the ability to protect yourself and others, regardless of your physical abilities.

Kickboxing for children

Kickboxing is dynamism, speed and perseverance. In kickboxing groups for children, girls and boys train side by side, building qualities such as self-discipline, will and self-control. Training is a combination of sport and play – an approach that helps children imperceptibly acquire concentration and confidence, needed not only in the ring, but also in life.

Summer and holiday club

During the holidays, TERES opens its doors to children in a different sports club – with a full-day program, training, games and new friendships. This is a great option for a child to experience several types of sports, in order to more easily choose what to continue training with during the school year.

Parallel training for parents

TERES is also betting on another idea – to combine children’s sports time with that of parents. While the little ones are on the mat or in the ring, moms and dads can join parallel functional training groups. This way, the family stays together, and sport becomes a shared habit.

TERES Gym & Fight Club is not just a place to train, but an entire sports ecosystem. The hall extends over 400 sq m - with tatami, boxing ring, functional training area and strength training. Parents can watch the classes from the panoramic cafe while sipping coffee and taking a break from the dynamic everyday life.

TERES is not only a sports club, but also a community in which children grow with sport, and adults find new energy and balance.
