We continue our series with Anna, who is originally from Ukraine, but now has chosen Plovdiv for a place to live and develop.
Anna is the Founder & CEO of Coding Girls - a non-profit that works to educate, inspire and empower girls to get in coding and tech. Anna is a regular speaker at tech events. Recently she has been featured by Web Summit for the International Women’s Day.
Coding Girls started as a workshop for girls and turned in the journey around the world. From the first workshop of 16 girls to 1000+ members in several months, Coding Girls is constantly growing globally with new communities, increasing the number of girls and women in tech.

When friends visit Plovdiv for first time we go to.. the Old Town (it’s a must-do thing).
When it’s party time I go to...bed :) haha But sometimes I like to go to Morado.
The most underrated place in Plovdiv is... a good question :)
A place in Plovdiv that always wows people is... Kapana.
For a delicious food I usually go to...Smokini, Happy, and Hemingway.
The coolest place in town is... Eddy’s Café and Food. I love the hospitality, the atmosphere and the cakes!
My alternative route in Plovdiv is to... the Rowing Channel.
My least favorite thing in Plovdiv is... smoking in parks and clubs.
