In a world where trends change quickly and venues come and go like a summer rain, there is one place in Plovdiv that has, for nearly three decades, remained a living memory, a rhythm, and a feeling. Bally Club – that small but magnetic stage perched above Kapana – continues to preserve the spirit of true parties, authenticity, and easygoing closeness to this day.

This cozy little place, just slightly larger than your living room, has become a temple of music, dance, and joyful encounters. Thousands of cocktails, countless parties, and even more memories float through the air – and despite everything that has changed over the years, Bally Club has remained true to itself: genuine, unpretentious, and warm.

Windows on three sides open out onto the only large terrace in Kapana, offering a view of Plovdiv that looks like a movie set. During the summer months, the space transforms into a shady oasis – perfect for an afternoon coffee, homemade lemonade, or simply a quiet celebration of life.
Out front – on the peaceful cobbled street – the outdoor tables attract early guests. This is where the weekend parties begin, only to move upstairs later and go on until dawn.

Just a month ago, Bally Club was among the organizers of the first outdoor house music festival in Kapana – Cue To Dance – which truly electrified the district. Hundreds of electronic music fans filled Abadzhiyska Street and danced through two nights to the sounds of well-known names from the international and Bulgarian house scene. The atmosphere was truly explosive, and we hope this will be just the first of many events for fans of the genre.

But in just two weeks, we’ll once again be part of a large-scale celebration for the club’s 28th birthday, which, as tradition dictates, will be marked with a two-day weekend party. On the first night (June 20), the decks will be taken over by Bobo DJ, NINO BG, and EMO RIV, and on the second (June 21), the hot rhythms will be delivered by Zlatina Dimitrova and Tommy Rivera.

As always, the birthday celebration will include prosecco, cake, and that one-of-a-kind party atmosphere that, for 28 years now, has made Bally Club one of Plovdiv’s living legends beneath the hills.
